Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or lamb (include both fat and lean)
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 medium size cabbage
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    pepper
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Add rice, salt, pepper and cinnamon to meat and mix well.
    Boil cabbage for 2 minutes after separating each leaf.
    Cut the leaf into 2 pieces; stuff each with the meat and rice and roll into small firm rolls.
    Arrange the rolls in a cooking pot, adding water, 1 tablespoon salt and the tomato paste; cover and cook for 30 minutes.
