Frozen Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large firm bananas
    4 popsicle sticks
    6 oz. chocolate morsels
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. pecan pieces, finely chopped
Preparation
    Peel bananas and cut them in half, crosswise.
    Insert popsicle stick into each banana half.
    Melt chocolate morsels in saucepan over low heat or put in microwave on High for 1 minute (the morsels will keep their shape until stirred).
    Add milk to chocolate and stir until mixture is smooth.
    Dip each banana in melted chocolate and roll it in pecans.
    Place bananas on a plate covered with wax paper or plastic; freeze for 3 hours.
    Makes 4 servings.
