Chilled Tomatoes Eminces - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 very large tomatoes or 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 small white onion, grated
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder or more, to taste
Preparation
    If whole tomatoes are used, put through medium grinder or chop fine.
    If using canned tomatoes, process in blender if desired. Add all other ingredients.
    Blend and then chill to just short of freezing.
    Stir well and serve in chilled cups.
    Garnish with 1 teaspoon sour cream.
    Sprinkle with chopped mint leaves.
    If dried mint leaves are used, rub between hands and dust over surface of tomatoes.
    Serves 4 or 5.
