Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. orange pulp (take out with end of spoon)
1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. fruit juice
1 c. raw cranberries, ground
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine and drain orange pulp and pineapple.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add fruit juice with gelatin and sugar.
Cool, then add mixture. Chill. Serves 8.
