Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. shortening
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
3 eggs
your favorite flavor pudding and frosting
Preparation

Add shortening and salt to boiling water.
Lower heat and boil until shortening melts.
Remove from heat.
Add flour all at once and stir until mixture pulls away from sides of pan.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each egg.
Drop or shape onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0, then lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes more.
Makes 1 dozen dessert size puffs.
Fill with pudding.
Top with your favorite frosting.
