Aunt Millwee'S Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. peanuts
Preparation
    Cook until honey color. Do not stir.
    Pour into long pan.
    Let cool. Break into pieces.
