Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
1 c. 2% milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. molasses
1/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar in a bowl.
In a larger bowl, mix the All-Bran and the milk.
Let stand a minute and grease muffin pans.
Add egg, vegetable oil and molasses.
Beat well.
Add raisins and flour mixture to the second mixture and mix until flour is absorbed.
Place in muffin pans and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
