Smoked Sausage And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick butter
    1 to 2 lb. smoked sausage links
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Pare and cut potatoes into eighths.
    In saucepan, cover with water; add salt and boil until slightly tender.
    Drain.
    Stir butter into potatoes until melted.
    Add green pepper, if desired. Pour potatoes into greased baking dish.
    Cut sausage links into individual serving pieces and place on top of potatoes.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until sausage is browned and sizzling.
