Sourdough Cooking - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. very warm water
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast in large mixing bowl. Gradually stir in very warm water until mixture resembles a smooth paste.
    Cover with clean cloth and let stand in a warm place (85\u00b0) to sour and bubble for 2 to 3 days, stirring several times a day. At the end of souring period, pour in large jar or plastic container partially covered to allow gases to escape.
    Store in refrigerator.
