Ingredients

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. instant coffee
whipped cream
Preparation

Put chocolate bits, egg and instant coffee into blender. Blend on low speed.
Heat 1 cup of milk until near boiling.
Add to blended ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into individual serving dishes and refrigerate until cold.
Top with whipped cream to serve.
