Granny Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans or coconut
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mix ingredients well except brown sugar and pecans or coconut. Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle brown sugar and nuts or coconut over top.
Bake 40 minutes.
Top with cream cheese frosting.
