Sweet Spanish Onion Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 large Idaho-Oregon sweet Spanish onion (3 c. chopped)
    4 slices bacon
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Bake pie shell in a 375\u00b0 oven for 7 minutes, until partially done.
