Pineapple Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. very hot water
    1 medium carrot, finely grated
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple (not drained)
    2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Cream together Jell-O and cream cheese. Add water; mix well. Refrigerate until almost set.
    Add carrot, pineapple and Cool Whip.
    Pour into 9 x 9-inch glass pan.
    Refrigerate until set.
