Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 c. flour, sifted and measured accurately
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Stir in oil.
    Sift flour and salt together and add to oil and water mixture.
    Knead until smooth. Shape into ball and grease bowl and dough with oil.
    Let rise 10 to 25 minutes.
    This makes 2 (12-inch) pizzas.
    Finish with your favorite toppings.
