Chicken-Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2/3 c. Wish-Bone robust salad dressing
    1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    4 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
    2 green peppers, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    In large shallow pan, pour Wish-Bone dressing over chicken.
    Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover; raise oven temperature to 375\u00b0.
    Turn chicken over; add vegetables and cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
