Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. cornstarch, heaping
    1 stick margarine (must be at least 60-70% vegetable oil)
    1/4 c. amaretto
    1 9in. baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch and sugar, gradually stirring in milk.
    Cook and stir until thick over low-medium heat.
    Add margarine and amaretto; stir well.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Dust with nutmeg and cool.
