Busy Day Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/4 lb. beef round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can condensed beef broth
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place meat in 2-quart glass casserole.
    Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 6 minutes; drain and stir in remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
    Re-cover. Microwave on simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until meat is fork-tender.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
    Makes about 4 servings.
