Lemon And Garlic Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
2 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook pasta in boiling water until done.
Drain and return to the hot pot.
Mince the garlic.
In a small pan heat the oil and butter.
Add the garlic and cook 1 minute.
Toss the garlic oil, parsley, zest and juice, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper with the pasta. Taste for seasoning and salt and pepper as needed.
Serve at once.
