English Toffee(Yields 20 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. almonds, chopped
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 large chocolate Hershey bars
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and chopped almonds.
    Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly to 290\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
    Pour in shallow pan to harden.
    Cut into squares with your pizza cutter before it hardens.
    Cover it with chocolate or dip and roll in chopped pecans.
