Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup, divided
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup soup with meat.
    Add crumbs, egg and onion.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Brown patties.
    Remove patties from pan; pour off grease.
    Stir into pan remaining soup and mushrooms.
    Pour over meat in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for about 35 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
