Espresso Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    4 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    1 Tbsp. instant Espresso
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    3/4 c. flour
    3 oz. bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter and flour a square baking pan (9-inch).
    Stir first 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan over low heat until smooth.
    Cool slightly.
    Whisk in sugar and eggs.
    Stir in flour, then the bittersweet chocolate.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake about 30 minutes.
