Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. water
    5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix the flour, 1 cup
    sugar, salt, cocoa powder and baking soda in a large bowl.
    Make a well in center.
    Blend water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; pour into well and whisk until smooth.
    Spoon batter into cupcake tins.
    Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and egg in medium bowl.
    Stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
    Spoon over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 minutes. Remove from tins to cool.
