Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 celery stalk, diced
    1 tick margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter until soft.
    Add flour, milk, egg yolks, salt and pepper, one ingredient at a time until blended.
    Remove from heat.
    Place crab meat in a lightly greased glass baking dish, 9 x 9-inch.
    Pour sauce over crab and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
