Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. tomatoes
    8 average onions
    8 jalapeno peppers
    1 heaping tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. (about) salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes.
    Chop onions and peppers.
    Add spices and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Put in jars and hot bath for 10 minutes.
