Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage
    8 to 12 oz. Mozzarella
    1 lb. shell macaroni
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    4 oz. mild Cheddar
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Cook macaroni for 6 to 8 minutes.
    In a large bowl, mix sausage, sauce, shredded cheeses and macaroni.
    Place mixture in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan or large casserole dish.
    Sprinkle a little grated Parmesan cheese on top.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until hot all the way through.
    Serves 5 to 6.
