Spaghetti Or Pizza Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 gal. tomato juice
    3 lb. onions (6 c. after blended)
    2 green mangoes
    1 hot pepper or 1/2 tsp. red pepper
    48 oz. tomato paste
    6 bay leaves
    2 cloves or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pt. salad oil
    1 c. (more or less) sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    2 Tbsp. each oregano, basil and parsley
Preparation
    Blend onions and mangoes in blender and drain.
    Cook juice, onions, mangoes and hot pepper for 1 hour.
    Add rest of ingredients and cook for 1 more hour.
    Put in jars and seal.
    Cold pack for 20 minutes or pressure for 5 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
    Makes 7 quarts.
    (Use less salt and sugar and taste. Also, watch for boil over.)
