Mama'S Butter Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/4 lb. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    3 egg whites
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add yolks, then flour.
    Beat whites until stiff and fold in carefully.
    Spread very, very thinly and evenly on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Watch carefully for burning.
    Cut immediately into squares.
