Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes until tender (20 to 30 minutes).
    Cool and grate fine.
    Heat 1/4 cup butter with the soup in a saucepan. Blend in the sour cream, green onion and cheese.
    Stir in the grated potatoes.
    Blend well and transfer to a buttered casserole. Top with crushed cornflakes and tablespoon butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This can be made ahead and frozen.
