Pistachio Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkg. pistachio pudding, mixed with 2 1/2 c. cold milk
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients well.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip well and spread over first mixture.
Mix pudding with milk; spread on second mixture.
Top with the remaining half of the Cool Whip.
Refrigerate overnight.
