Johnnie'S Venison Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground venison meat
2 medium onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
9 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chili powder
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
2 Tbsp. hot chili powder
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. ground oregano
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation

Combine meat, onions and garlic.
Brown in Dutch oven in oil. Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well blended.
Simmer, covered, 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
