Bill'S Grouper Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grouper fingers
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. butter
    Italian bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In shallow bowl, mix eggs and sherry together.
    Dip fingers in bowl until covered.
    Remove from bowl and cover with bread crumbs. Melt butter in frypan and add fingers; fry until golden brown, occasionally spooning melted butter over fingers.
    Best served with home fries and cole slaw.
