Porcupines In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. mushroom soup mix
    3 c. water
    1/3 c. sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine uncooked rice with ground meat, onion, green pepper, celery, egg, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Form into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine mushroom soup mix with water and heat to boiling.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Cover tightly and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Remove and stir in sour cream.
    Serves 6 generously.
