Oven Baked Smelts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix egg, cold water and salt together.
    Dip cleaned smelts in egg mixture, then roll in dry bread crumbs or flour.
    Place in a well-greased pan and drop a little oil on top.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 preheated oven for 15 minutes.
    Turning is unnecessary.
