Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    3 c. celery, chopped
    1 can tuna
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can chow mein noodles
    1/2 c. cashew nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter; add onions and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Add tuna fish, soups, milk, soy sauce, half of noodles and nuts.
    Put in greased or sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with remaining noodles and nuts.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
