Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini or yellow squash
    1 small onion
    8 oz. sharp grated cheese
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cook zucchini or squash with onion in water until tender.
    Do not peel unless large.
    Drain well in colander.
    Put in greased casserole dish.
    Add all of the ingredients. Pour over squash and mix.
