Beet And Onion Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large beets, cooked and sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the vinegar, water, mustard and sugar.
    Pour warm dressing over beets and onion.
    Chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
