Sharon'S Steak And Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. round steak, cut into bite size strips or pieces
2 large or 3 medium green peppers, sliced into strips
2 large onions, cut in medium wedges
2 Tbsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste
3 pkg. brown gravy mix
3 c. water
Preparation
-
Brown round steak in oil.
Add green peppers and onions and cook until tender.
Blend gravy mix and water and pour over meat, peppers and onions.
Bring to boil, then lower heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve over rice.
