Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1/2 medium cabbage, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (28 oz.) can water
    4 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, brown beef; drain if necessary.
    Add all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
