Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated raw zucchini squash (unpeeled)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift first 5 ingredients together.
    Beat 3 eggs until frothy. Add sugar, oil and vanilla to eggs and beat until thick and lemon-colored.
    Add flour mixture and mix.
    Stir in squash.
    Fold in 1 cup chopped pecans.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
