Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, halved
    1 large head romaine lettuce
    1 lemon
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. anchovy paste or anchovies
    ground pepper
    1 coddled egg, very softly boiled
    1/4 garlic clove
    garlic croutons
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Just before serving, rub large salad bowl with cut clove of garlic.
    Tear romaine into bite size pieces.
    Squeeze juice from lemon over romaine.
    In blender, mix oil, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, anchovies and coddled egg, as well as 1/4 clove of garlic.
    Blend thoroughly; pour over romaine.
    Toss until leaves are well coated.
    Sprinkle with croutons and cheese.
    Serves 6.
