Southern Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh catfish
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. milk
    vegetable oil or peanut oil is best (for frying)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Dip fish in mixture. Roll in cornmeal to coat.
    Heat oil to 370\u00b0.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
