Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    2 1/2 c. hot broth
    1 stick butter
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cook chicken; remove from bones and place in baking dish. Pour 2 1/2 to 3 cups broth over chicken.
    Melt butter.
    Add the flour, buttermilk and black pepper.
    Mix and spoon over chicken (this makes the crust).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes, or until brown.
