Vietnamese Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. grated carrot
1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. bean thread noodle or bean sprouts
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 chopped green onions
2 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
Preparation

Mix all and place in egg roll wrappers; seal with beaten egg. Deep fry and can be frozen.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
