Spaghetti With Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti
    salt and black pepper
    4 lb. zucchini
    5 oz. olive oil
    a few basil leaves
    5 oz. (2 c.) grated cheese (half Parmesan, half Peconno/Romano)
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water, following directions on the packet.
    Slice the zucchini into thin rounds. Fry them in hot olive oil until tender.
    Stir well.
    Add pasta and black pepper.
    Now add the grated cheese.
    Stir again until all the cheese has melted.
    Add fresh basil leaves if available. Serve immediately.
