Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, sliced thinly
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes are tender in a 350\u00b0 oven.
