Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 (7 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) pie pans.
    Beat eggs and add sugar and flour.
    Gradually add milk to mixture.
    Add vanilla, margarine and can of coconut.
    Pour into 2 pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until set.
    Makes its own crust.
