Ingredients

1 pt. fresh strawberries
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation

Wash and hull strawberries.
In blender, blend strawberries until smooth.
Add honey, vanilla and yogurt.
Blend again.
Pour into popsicle molds or ice cube tray.
Cover with plastic.
Freeze 1 hour, then add popsicle sticks.
Freeze until solid.
