Crock-Pot Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew beef
5 medium potatoes, cut into bite size chunks
5 medium carrots, sliced
1/2 small onion, diced
1 can peas, undrained
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Preparation

Add first four ingredients to crock-pot with 1/2 cup water. Prepare gravy mix according to instructions and add to crock-pot. Cook on high 2 to 3 hours or until tender.
Add peas and cook on low for thirty minutes.
Serve on noodles or rice.
May also be served with biscuits.
