Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 lb. chicken
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Remove skin from chicken.
    Place chicken in baking dish with marinade, turning to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Yields 4 servings.
