Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick melted margarine
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 small onion
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain.
Mix all ingredients together.
(Add muffin mix last.)
Bake in glass 11 x 13-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
